Facing a market withdrawal or an inspection: you enter the batch number and get the full tree, upward (suppliers and raw materials) and downward (to the customer). This is how it looks in the demo, with a real case:

A dashboard that warns before it's too late
References below minimum stock, batches expiring within three months and already-expired batches, with an active alerts table you can dismiss one by one.
- Alerts by item type: raw materials, packaging and finished product, kept separate.
- Configurable expiry threshold, not a blind fixed date.
- Nothing to check by hand: the system warns you, you don't go looking for it.
How it is built
Three design principles: follow the reference regulations, a change log nobody can edit, and a signature that requires identifying yourself again.
Data integrity and electronic signature
What the software does so that a piece of data can't change without leaving a trace.
- Electronic signature with password re-authentication and meaning of the act on every closure.
- Immutable audit trail: append-only, not even the administrator can edit it.
- Users and roles: ADMIN, QUALITY, OPERATOR and VIEWER, with role-based authorisation on every write endpoint.

What it doesn't do
I'd rather say it here than in the demo:
- It isn't accounting or invoicing. It issues delivery notes and receiving and delivery documents, not invoices: no VAT, no SII, no VeriFactu. That stays in your invoicing software.
- It doesn't connect to machinery. It doesn't read PLCs, line scales or industrial buses (OPC-UA, Modbus, Profinet). Weighings and consumptions are recorded at the workstation.
- It doesn't assign official codes or file notifications for you. GS1 prefixes (GTIN/EAN) are issued by GS1, and notifications in EUDAMED or CPNP are still yours to make.
- It doesn't print thermal labels. It manages SKU, batch and delivery note and is ready to read with a keyboard-emulation scanner; label design and printing (ZPL/EPL) stays in your labelling software.
- It doesn't replace your procedures. It stops anyone changing a piece of data without leaving a trace; it doesn't stop a wrongly measured value from being recorded.
On compliance
No software certifies a company. Certification (AEMPS, ISO 22716, ISO 13485, IFS) is granted by authorities and notified bodies to your company, your processes and your products.
What this tool does: it is built following the principles of EU GMP Annex 11 and 21 CFR Part 11 (ALCOA+ integrity, an unalterable audit trail, electronic signature with re-authentication, soft deletion of data and segregated roles), it helps you meet the traceability obligations of Regulation 178/2002, 1223/2009 and MDR 2017/745. Frequently asked questions
What is bidirectional batch traceability?
It means going both ways from a single batch: backward, to which raw materials were consumed and in which production order; and forward, to which finished-product batches those raw materials ended up in and which customers received them. When a quality alert or a recall hits, it's answered from the batch record itself, not by digging through folders.
Does it certify GMP compliance?
No. No software certifies a company: certification is granted by authorities and notified bodies to your company and your processes. Gestión Almacén JGG is designed according to EU GMP Annex 11 and 21 CFR Part 11: closing a production order requires password re-authentication and the meaning of the act, and every creation, edit or deletion is recorded in an immutable audit trail that not even the administrator can edit. Validation at your plant is yours.
Is it multi-tenant or one installation per company?
One cloud installation per client, with its own environment variables: name, logo, brand colours, document templates and language. No data shared between clients.
Do I need to install anything?
No. It's a web application: it opens in the browser, on desktop, tablet or mobile, nothing to install.
